Is Paradigm Shift Right for You?

We do our best work with the right partners. Here's how to know if that's you.

This is for you if you're:

  • An elected tribal leader — Chairperson, Chief, President, Governor, or Council Member
  • A Tribal Administrator, CEO, or Executive Director
  • A department director or senior staff member who can bring this to your council
  • Serious about aligning your council and building a real future for your nation

This is NOT for you if you're:

  • Not in tribal leadership or senior administration
  • Looking for a quick fix or a one-time favor
  • Unable to involve the decision-makers on your council
  • Just browsing with no intention to move forward

Does This Sound Like Your Council?

If any of these feel familiar, you're not alone — and you're not stuck.

Lack of trust and unity in council

Dreading council meetings

Putting out fires every single day

Strategic plan collecting dust on a shelf

Imposter syndrome — feeling unqualified for the role

Hired consultants who didn't understand Indian Country

About

Built for Indian Country, by someone from it.

Cherokee, born and raised in northeast Oklahoma. 16 years of leadership development experience. My wife is Muskogee Creek, and our children are growing up rooted in two nations.

The origami swan started as a simple lesson — a piece of paper, folded carefully, becomes something else entirely. Tribal councils already have what they need. Our job is to help them fold it differently.
